Due to a change in the regulations for Tourist and Business Visas, some of the Russian Embassies now require the original documents issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia or a company registered with them. They will not accept faxed or otherwise copies. Please confirm with the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country about their requirements. Invitations can be sent from Russia as above.

Once the application has been submitted to Russia, no refunds can be made under any circumstances. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs do not make refunds.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES are payable at the Russian Consulate for the Visa.
In Russia you have to register your Visa, which can cost up to $50.

�������� IMPORTANT NOTES BUSINESS VISA INVITATIONS
From May 2002, the Russian Embassy in London, and the Consulate in Scotland require the original double and multi-entry business invitations from Russia. This now applies to most Embassies and Consulates worldwide.
